CORE ABS WORKOUT ROUTINE

While it’s true that not all 6 pack abs are created equally, there is no denying the fact that there is much more to getting the perfect ripped abs. And once you finally develop the abs, continuously strengthening your core and doing abs exercises is essential to maintain those washboard abs.

Which is why Fitwolf brings you the core ab routine, as devised by athlete, fitness model, trainer, fitness influencer - Karandhir.

Basic Requirement: This abs routine is carried out on an empty stomach, early in the morning. Start and end the session with 20 minutes of cardio each.

Karandhir’s Core Abs Workout:

Upper Abs Workout

  1. Crunches: 4 sets
  2. High Crunches: 4 sets
  3. Sit-ups: 3 sets
  4. Long Arm Crunches: 3 sets
  5. Hundreds: 2 sets
  6. Knee Crunches: 2 sets

Lower Abs Workout

  1. Reverse Crunches: 4 sets
  2. Scissors: 4 sets
  3. Leg Raises: 3 sets
  4. Bicycle Crunches: 3 sets
  5. Crunch Kicks: 3 sets
